Who we are

This website is operated by The Greensome Limited (company number 11743419, registered in England and Wales), whose registered office is at 41 Brushfield Way, Knaphill, Woking, Surrey, GU21 2TQ. We are the data controller for personal information collected through it. Contact us about privacy at info@thegreensome.com.

What we collect

When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, the topic you choose and your message. We use these only to reply to you, and we do not sell them or use them for marketing.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page visits. It does not use cookies and reports aggregated statistics rather than identifying individual visitors.

Who processes it for us

Vercel hosts the website. Resend delivers contact-form messages to our inbox. Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that messages come from a person rather than an automated bot; Turnstile processes limited technical information from your browser for this purpose. Cloudflare’s handling of that data is described in the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

How long we keep it

We keep messages for as long as we need to deal with them and for a reasonable period afterwards in case of follow-up, then delete them.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email info@thegreensome.com. If you are unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
